When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 12-48 hours after placing your order. The charge will show up on your credit card statement under Eclectic Treasures
The item ordered is on a free shipping special but the shopping cart shows a shipping charge will I be billed shipping?
How Do I Pay By Personal Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order?
Add the items you would like to purchase into the online shopping cart as you would if you were paying by credit card. Click on the "CHECK OUT" button when prompted and enter in your name and address information. Next, click on the "CONTINUE" button when prompted. Finally print out the next page and mail it to us at the address above, make sure that you include your email address so we are able to send you an order confirmation. Please be sure your payment reflects the total on the order print out.
PLEASE NOTICE: If paying by personal check please allow 14 business days for the check to clear our bank. Once the check has cleared your order will be processed.
Is There A Layaway Program Available?:
Yes, Eclectic Treasures does offer a Layaway Program to its customers. To qualify for the Layaway Program your order total must equal a minimum of $200.00
Layaway orders must be done over the phone or email. We can not process layaway orders on the website.

Layaway payments can be made by credit card, money order, cashier check and personal check.
Layaway Payment Schedule:
20% Initial Down payment. Remaining balance can be paid over a 6 month period. After 6 months if the order has not been paid in full, Eclectic Treasures will not guarantee the original purchase price or that the item will still be available from the Artist
Layaway Orders will not be placed with Artist until order has been paid in full.
STORE POLICIES:
Orders
Our business hours for phone-in orders are between 11a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We do try to ship most in-stock merchandise within 48 to 72 hours after receipt your order. Although please be aware that during the months of January and February, it may take a little longer since our retail stores are closed. Give event date to ensure timely delivery. Any orders that must be shipped THAT Second Day or next Day VIA OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, must be received by 1:00PM EST. Website and phone mail orders are processed in the same manner and orders entered weeknights or weekends are filled at the start of the next business day. Please note Special orders may take 2 to6 weeks before shipping. Also note some merchandise may ship from states other than North Carolina, USA.
Minimum Orders
We do not have a minimum order at this time.
Special Shipping Promotions
At times we offer special shipping promotions on select items. These promotions can end at any time with out notice. Our Shipping promotions are only for Continental US orders, ground shipping. International as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & other US Territories will most likely be billed an added shipping charge.
Shipping Partners
We Ship with US Post Office, UPS, Fed.-X, and others at our will, shipping partners are subject to change without notice.
Special Orders
Special orders can take up to 6+ weeks.
Rush Orders
Some orders may have a rush put on them. There may be an added fee for rush orders. We will contact customers with the new total with this fee added. Please email us if you wish to have a rush on you order.
Back Orders
We will contact customers regarding any item on back order. The whole order will be shipped with back-ordered items at the same time unless the customer requests differently. If this order is needed by a certain date, please inform us of the date needed.
Billing
All orders must be paid by Check, Cashiers Check Money Order or Credit Card. You must provide correct billing address of the cardholder and phone number to use a credit card. No C.O.D.'s.
North Carolina Tax Rule
A sales tax of 6.75 will be applied to any orders from customers with North Carolina addresses unless those customers are tax exempt and send a copy of their tax exempt status to us. This tax will be applied when a North Carolina resident's order is processed and will be added to the final invoice.
Merchandise
We sometimes experience changes in price or appearance of the merchandise; therefore, prices and appearance are subject to change without notice. Although the website is updated frequently this point holds true and a price you see for a product may not be the correct one. Please call if you have any specific questions regarding current pricing or product descriptions in our catalog or website. We will call you if a price is not as posted correctly before you are billed.
Errors, Shortages, & Damages
We strive to process orders quickly and accurately, however errors do occur. Call any errors, shortages or damages within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors or shortages after 24 hours of the delivery date.
Exchange/Return Policy (Excluding Furniture, Custom Order, Clearance and Holiday Items)
100% of Purchases Price Money Back Guarantee: You may exchange or return if any part of your order does not meet your needs, you must contact our customer service department for an exchange or return authorization. We will authorize any return within 30 days from the delivery date of the merchandise. All returns and exchanges must have a valid authorization (or the package will be refused), the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from including return shipping fees. Call any errors or shortages or damages within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors or shortages after 24 hours of the delivery date.
Furniture Exchange/Return and Furniture Policy
All Furniture sold online and in store is custom made to order and must be paid in full before it is made. Exchange or Returns on furniture may be billed a 20% restocking charge plus full shipping to and from customer All returns and exchanges must have a valid authorization (or the package will be refused), the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from including return shipping fees. Call any errors or shortages or damages within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors or shortages after 24 hours of the delivery date. Furniture damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge but must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date.

No Returns On
There is no returns on Custom Order. Clearance, and
Holiday Items or any items that are not resalable or items that appear to be used.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All orders (Standard & Custom) can be cancelled without penalty within 4 days of purchase.
